Interview process is very long and will include 6 rounds. First face to face interview, then written 2nd Versant English test 3rd Telphonic English speaking and listing test after that 4th Manger round and 5 Physcometric test and finally if you are selected they will conduct a skype interview with syntax head which is CSI parent company. The whole process is time consuming and lengthy and is same for expierence person also. In written test they will check you email writting and typing speed also.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a corporate recruiter from Superior (CSI's parent company) only a day or two after I submitted my resume online. He was asked a lot of questions about my experience and was very thorough in reviewing the details of my answers. I spent roughly 1.5 hours on the phone during this initial interview. I was contacted again by the recruiter within 24-48 hours by phone where he briefly verified again that I had certain capabilities before letting me know that he was recommending me for an on-site interview with the hiring manager.
I met with the hiring manager a few days later. There weren't too many questions, just some standard ones like how I handle conflict, what are my expectations, etc. He gave me basic description of laboratory operations and walked me through the lab. I thought it was odd that there really wasn't anyone in the lab and there didn't seem to be much work happening. We returned to his office and we discussed what I needed in the way of compensation. I felt like I had the job at that point and it felt a little too easy. A few days later I was contacted by HR (from their sister company Wild Well Control) with an offer. I asked for the top of the pay scale for that position and I got it. (I said I couldn't take anything less.) I started a week or so later.

What I found strange and totally unexpected was that the corporate recruiter spent a great deal of time inquiring about my level of experience and capability with techniques and instrumentation that the lab didn't use or even own. None of these things were discussed by the hiring manager either. I felt a little misled about the nature of the job.
