First attempt: Recruiter did not call nor provide notice of the no-show. The next day, he apologized and offered to reschedule. Another appointment was agreed to.
Second attempt: Recruiter called at the scheduled time, but asked to reschedule for another date due to being short-staffed. Another appointment was agreed to.
Third attempt: Recruiter messaged via LinkedIn that he would be 15 minutes late to call; I confirmed that this would still work with my schedule. Recruiter called 90 minutes late, with no notice and no apology. I was unable to take the call due to my current job responsibilities. I offered future availability for a rescheduled appointment.
...never heard from that recruiter again.
