Entrevista
The hiring session was in a hotel conference room at the Holiday Inn in Plantation Florida. There was around 20 people that day during the interviews. They show a presentation of the company and the job description. Afterwards the Talent Accusition Specialist ( recruiter ) and a manager from Hialeah Yard sat down with us one by one in the order in which we arrived. The questions were a little in relation to work experience and of course number one, Safety. Always come on time to these hiring sessions that usually start at 8 am. After that they will lock the door and you will not be interviewed. 15 minutes early is always good. If selected you will receive a call from the HR Department in Jacksonville that will tell you the next steps to take.
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
