Met with recruiters at an Info Session on Campus. Was told to apply to my school's career services posting for the position as well as their own company career site posting. Invited to an on-campus 2 person panel interview. Invited to 2nd round of interiviews at the corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Arrived on a Tuesday evening. Was taken to dinner with other applicants and 5 senior members of the IT department.. Wednesday morning consisted of a 1:1 interview, a 3 person panel interview where I presented my findings for a case study, and a 2 person panel interview. Both the 1:1 and 2 person panel interview consisted of "tell me about a time when..." type questions. Interviews were followed by a lunch with a smaller group of candidates and different senior level employees.
