Entrevista
Starting with the online application process that is pretty tedious, to doing a personality overview. Then you wait. Get called eventually (maybe) for an interview. You will most likely meet in a hotel ballroom or meeting room somewhere. You will be interviewed individually after having taking the same personality and competency test that you took online, now only by hand. You will be told you'll get a call if they want you. Once you get the call you will schedule to go to Atlanta, GA to the REDI center for 6 weeks worth of schooling where they cram 2 years worth of education down your throat and expect you to remember it then you will go to your home terminal to do several weeks or months of OJT called "Cubbing" for next to no pay and about 60-70 hours a week.
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
