Online application process seemed smooth. Phone screening interview was more detailed than others I have experienced. Not just screening, also had behavioral interview questions for about 45 mins. Selected for inperson group interview at headquarters and flew down to Jacksonville. Everyone seemed professional and cordial, tough but fair interview questions with 3 interviewers. One from HR, one was the hiring manager, other person was the head of the department. 1 hour interview, behavioral / experiential questions. One question on ethical dilemmas. Not enough time for any personal questions back to the interviewers due to next candidate's scheduled interview. I followed up with emails to the 3 interviewers and got responses back in acknowledgement. However, it has now been 2 months and I have not heard anything back positive or negative from company. No response to my emails. Very odd.
