first step is a video recorded self interview where you will answer 6 questions next step is an invitation to an interview panel and after 3 days the hiring team makes final decisions

Name a time where you felt stressed out at work and how did you deal with it?
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
