Conducted phone interview. I was invited to Jacksonville for the face to face interview. The first portion was another interview similar to the phone interview, the next session included a live actor to conduct a counseling session and finally three other candidates were presented a problem and we had to work on it together.

A great, conversational interview. Interviewer opened with talk that led to a less intimidating process. Many questions were answered before I could think to ask. Critical thinking, scenario based questions.
