3 person panel, they want to make sure you will work safe and that your are reliable. Another important topic is you have to prove you can pay attention to detail, the rail road is a lot of repetition, however the small details beening overlooked can cause massive problems. You must be professional and willing to be a good team player.

It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer
