Entrevista
It’s more of an overview on how they will try and control your home and work life in a mass group setting. After that, it’s like an interview where they try to be personable but there’s 4-6 people sitting in front on you laughing at each others questions.
It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
