It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

Very easy once selected. Asked some simple questions. Very straightforward. Easy going. Attention to detail, show up early and look to dress to impress. They look to weed people out right from the beginning. Only want the best of the best. Started the interview with about 15 guys. After lunch we only had 11, because of either drugs or couldn't commit.
