A group of 100 candidates bunched into a conference center at a hotel are given a reading comprehension and mathematics test. Top scoring candidates granted opportunity to interview. Physical stress test, drug test, and background check given prior to offer. Then sent to Atlanta, GA for company training.

They narrowed it from 300 to 30 spent a few hours telling us all about the job and benefits, then didn't hire anyone. Decided to hire within / filled position internally.

Applied online was notified a week later for interview had the interview in New Jersey for a position in the Bronx. Over all it was a good experience and was offered the position a few days later through online

Tell me about a time you had a problem with your supervisor?
Just applied for the CSX track worker job in WV. Took the online assessment test and I believe I did well except for the math part in which I ran out of time before completion. I will update this if I get invited to their hiring session.
