Their CEO connected me through linkedin. They conducted 4 interview steps - first CEO, then HR, then technical by another solution engineer, and lastly the VP sales from San Francisco. Throughout the interview process, they expressed they would really want to move ahead and from my busy schedule, I managed time to attend the interviews. Lastly, they emailed me that they are going with another candidate. At least they should have the courtesy to mention why are not they going ahead with me. At least I didn't apply and they approached me first. Since this is a startup I am guessing it is not well managed and no process exists in their team.
