Went through a 45 minute phone screen, over an hour in-person with three people, final round with management. Interview was very behavioral and personality based, rather than skills and previous experience.

We sat down and she asked me about how I am as a person and designer, my work ethic and also my past work experience. I talked about some of my past jobs and how those experiences have shaped me into the designer I am today. I got to learn more about the company and what they do, as well as their mission and goals.
