The weirdest interview process I've ever had. First, I had a casual interview with the recruiter, then I was told the next step would be a coding challenge, which I solved. Then I was asked to schedule another meeting with the recruiter, which I did. Before that interview occurred, I received another email saying that the next interview would be with a technical team. I contacted the recruiter and asked what was going on. They told me to connect to a call, saying that there was a mistake and that I would have to do another coding challenge because they sent me the wrong one. I completed the second coding challenge and they asked me to schedule a technical interview, which I did. At the time of the technical interview, nobody connected to ask any questions. I contacted the recruiter again, but I got an error, saying that the recruiter's email account no longer exists. I got into LinkedIn and asked the recruiter what was going on. They told me they no longer worked at CTW and that some other recruiter would follow up with my interview process, which of course never happened. If the company is so inefficient, I am happy I did not continue the process.
