This was a three interview process and my initial point of contact was the IT Manager then after my second interview my point of contact was Marty Teitelbaum.
The first interview I was told in the email that I would be meeting with the IT Manager and an Application Engineer. When I arrived I was taken to a room to complete a small web design quiz. Easy peasy. Then I was taken to the IT Manager's office where the interview proceeded with his colleague. This process went very smoothly and I felt confident.
The second interview was with Karlheinz Strobl the V.P. of Business Development and Martin Teitelbaum the General Counsel. This interview was slightly difficult to say the least. The VP was very difficult to communicate with and was a bit condescending and criticizing. It only took a few minutes to realize why Mr. Teitelbaum was present. He, however, was very nice and did a great job searing the interview in the right direction.
The final and third interview was with Leonard Rosenbaum the CEO and Mr. Teitelbaum. This was a breeze and I felt much better about the company and the position after meeting with Mr. Rosenbaum since my second interview went a little, eh.
Over all this interview process was a good experience.
