- 1er entretien d'une heure avec le RH : CV, expériences, motivations et échange autour du poste - 2e entretien d'une heure avec le manager : entretien "fit", échange sur l'entreprise, le poste, les missions etc - 3 entretien d'une heure et demi avec le manager + direction dev : présentation de 20mn d'un projet / expérience faisant intervenir des compétences utiles sur le poste

HR emailed me for an interview. wasted my time by saying that I do not have enough level of French, when I have mentioned my level of French of in my resume. its like the HR dont even read your resume. I applied to the position in ENGLISH, replied to the email in ENGLISH and yet I was invited to an interview, wasted my time on researching the company, and then be told "oh sorry your French". Word of advice: read the resumes.
