I applied on their website, and it took almost a month before a recruiter called me to do the phone screen. He was very friendly. It took about 30 minutes. From there, he sent my information over to the hiring manager. About a week later, I got scheduled for a 20 minute interview on Teams. I had applied for A LOT of the same role because I was very interested in this job. The interview ended up being about 45 minutes. I was interviewed by a manager and she said that she was going to let the hiring manager know that she was interested in me. I was supposed to hear back within a week, but I didn't hear back for about 2 weeks. I got the offer, but I did counter their starting pay offer. A day later, I was met in the middle and accepted the job. The next day, I received my offer letter & emails to start my background check. I am still awaiting that result. My start date isn't until the middle of March 2024, so we have a lot of time. I am excited to begin, but I am confused as to why they don't give the pricing of their benefits upfront. I had received a job offer for a different company that pays much less but has good benefits, but that situation ended up being a nightmare. So, I will definitely be going forward with CVS Health. I was interested in a different role at CVS Health, but I accepted this one because the recruiter told me how easy it was to move around the company once you're hired. He said that you don't have to wait any specific amount of time. So, I will start my role, learn it, and then move up to the next role that I want! I highly recommend applying here. **Update as of 3/11/24: I signed my offer letter 2/9/24 & started the background check same day. I did everything they asked & their background check company, Certiphi, is HORRIBLE!! I worked at 2 companies multiple different times in different roles. They messed up my background check putting incorrect dates with incorrect titles. I didn’t find this out until they finished my check on 2/19/24. Once I saw that they messed up, I immediately disputed the info. The info that they got wrong wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t accurate. As of today, they still haven’t corrected the information & I haven’t heard a single thing from CVS. I texted the recruiter last week - No response. I have now emailed the man whose name was on my offer letter that I’ve never spoken to. He is also the person they sent my background check to. If I’m supposed to start on 3/18/24, why aren’t they communicating with me?? I literally quit my other job thinking I was about to start here & they have completely ghosted me. Passed drug test. Passed criminal history check. They messed up a few dates/job titles but the info wasn’t negative - GHOSTED. I am really shocked by this. This is very unprofessional!
