Was called after an employee referred me. Had a quick phone interview, was asked to apply online, and then come in with a resume. Interview was less than 30 mins, asked many questions about my previous work experience. It was very casual and conversational. Was called a day later with confirmation I got the job.

The phone screening was successful, I was offered to go to the in-person interview soon. It took me 2 years to apply online to get to get here. I am not sure if I will get an offer from the company.
