The interview process revolves around great communication skills, ability to provide great customer service, and your understanding of the role you will play within the store. Be prepared to demonstrate why you are the best candidate for the particular job and have some strengths and weaknesses to talk about, with examples of each. They will ask many of your 'typical' questions such as, where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? You would be well prepared just by reviewing common interview questions and practicing your answers. If you are interviewing for a management position, be prepared to be interviewed by both the store manager and district manager.

Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.

Because I already knew the store manager and most of the employees, I only needed to pass the online business test. Once I passed, I was immediately hired and scheduled for orientation.
