Was contacted by CVS HR through an employee referral. After discussing my min salary expectations and which CVS IT locations I was willing to commute/work in, the HR recruiter told me to expect a second call from her within 2 weeks, once new positions were approved and posted on the CVS jobs board. I got a call back a little over a week later from CVS HR, and once she walked through the new job requirements that had just been approved to confirm which ones I would be interested in applying for, she sent me a direct link to apply to each job on their web site. I got a call for a telephone interview 3 days later, and a second call for an in person interview a week after the telephone interview. Interview process was positive. Hiring Manager knew I had friends/former co-workers in their IT dept, so she just walked me through their PMO processes and what they were working on improving to confirm I would be comfortable with the roles and responsibilities of the position.
