I was initially interviewed and hired by Longs Drug Store, who was later bought by CVS Caremark. My interview was with the District Manager, who was very professional. His questions were pretty standard. He focused on my management experience and experience in retail. Questions asked included What are my strengths, what are my weaknesses, and asked to describe how I handled a difficult customer, what the situation was and how I resolved it. There was only one interview, and I was offered a job within two weeks.

All of my questions were answered.The interview and store felt very professional.The process was fast and efficient.Would recommend anyone else to apply for a position at the store . Very easy to talk too
