Went through 3 interviews; they ask you simple questions like "do you know how to manage people, explain." They don't always put you in the store you applied for, only to the store that needs help. Its pretty quick.

Was a simple interview, lasted approximately 30 mins and covered the standard interview questions. Mostly available to people already working at the store. Would recommend longer tenure before applying. Not much else to say to be honest.
