Entrevista
This will be the most pain staking thing you will have to endure, after some time i felt as if i applied for the FBI or CIA. You have your initial interview over the phone. It takes about 5 minutes to answer 3 questions, after you get your in person interview which is scheduled about 2 weeks after your phone interview also during your initial interview you will get your salary offer. If they want you then you will be scheduled for what they call a "round robin" where you sit and interview with 2 different groups first you may sit with up to 5 staff members ranging from successful or seasoned store managers and district managers including the regional LP manager, if they give you the green light then you'll be off to the second one all in the course of 2 to 3 hours. Your final interview is with managers and the regional manager or any higher up available. You never find out how you did, not until you speak with your hiring district manager. Even if you are everything they want your employment is dependent on a third party verification. Assuming everything goes well then you will receive your start date. The process itself takes about 2 to 3 months overall. For what you're getting into its totally not worth it.

Honestly all they care about is that you are open minded and always and i mean ALWAYS! put the customer first. Honestly as long as you tell them and you show them that you are devoted to customer service, you'll have the job.

Applied online, received an email from District Leader for an interview. Received an offer later that day and accepted. Background and drug test took just a couple of days to complete.

Entrevista
I applied online and completed their extensive process that took close to an hour. The District Leader called to set up an interview with her at a local office. Morning of the interview, the DM calls to reschedule with a Store Manager in a different location. The interview was easy. The Store Manager was very awkward and was giggling while trying to read off the questions. I was informed that I would be notified in a few days with next steps. A week goes by....nothing. I call the DM and leave a message early the following week. I hear back nothing......I call again a week later to be told they went in a different direction. Thank for saving me from this company!
