Called the pharmacy after over a month of not hearing anything from applying online (not sure if they have open applications online even when they aren't hiring) and asked to speak to the pharmacist concerning open positions for pharmacy techs. He said they were hiring soon and asked my name to find my application. I was scheduled a few days later for an interview with both of the pharmacists, one at a time. They were both extremely friendly and relaxed and helped me open up and be myself. They both only asked me about my past experiences (I have none in a pharmacy but some in retail) and my future plans. 8 days later I received an email from CVS with a job offer for part time, slightly above the minimum pay.

Short, simple, and one defining question: What is a pharmacy to you? I answered: It's like a drug library, right? Where people go in, get the meds that they were prescribed and come back in monthly.
