I applied online like 4 months before and never got a call. Then I finally got a call but declined the interview because I found another job. I quit the other job and decided to call that hiring manager back (smooth move) about two months later and he told me that another store was hiring and that he was no longer hiring. I then called the suggested store and told them that I put in an application and wanted to know if they were still hiring. I was told yes and he asked for my name since he would be calling people later that week for interviews. I was actually contacted two days after that day asking whether I was still interested and I accepted the interview. The interview was simple but they did ask a lot of questions which I gave short and sweet answers to. I was interviewed by the store manager and shift supervisor at the same time. I was asked what are my strengths/weaknesses and some questions on how would you handle a certain situation. It was very laid back and I didn't feel like I was being drilled because it was more like a conversation.
