I was an out of state candidate that was looking to relocate to Phoenix. I applied online and had two phone interviews. One phone interview was with the hiring manager and the other phone interview was with another HR Manager in another state. I met the hiring manager in person when he was in my area and I had a 1:1 interview with him. The hiring manager told me that he wanted to move forward with an onsite interview in Phoenix, but the communication about next steps was not that great and I tried to follow-up with the recruiter and hiring manager, but didn't get too many updates. That turned me off a bit and I lost some of my interest, but then I finally heard from the recruiter about the onsite interview. I ended up accepting another offer before the onsite interview was scheduled.

The interview questions were professional and the entire process was impressive. I didn't get the job but it was a great learning experience for future interviews. From application to interview took about 3 weeks. Behavioral based interview questions and a summary of my experiences was the format. The individual that scheduled the interview was through and included all the information I needed.
