CVS/Pharmacy conducts their interview online. You will go through a personality test, afterwards the result of your personality test are faxed to the the store you applied to. If they accept your application, they will then screen you for drug testing. If you pass the drug testing then you will be ready to work at CVS/Pharmacy

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.

They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.

it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
