The interview process entailed two 1:1 interviews with district managers from two different areas. e first interview was an hour long process of questions. The final interview was also a series of questions that resulted in an on the spot job offer.

Very bad process, inteviewed by the DM who told me when I walked in "I dont meet people for the first interview" and it was all downhill from there. Basically all that was discussed was if I knew how to break down a shipment because the store manager does 75-80% of every truck. Literally nothing else.

Face to face standard interview in an office with acting manager. Went over all expectations of job as well as future expectations. Interviewer seemed confused as I was clearly interviewing for his job. Not much help.
Smooth and Efficient. From interview to new hire onboarding within 24 hours, I was originally told it could be up to two weeks but I was amazed at how quick everything went
