Efficient/timely. Clear and thorough. Always aware, people communicated thoroughly through the process. Very professional, leadership clear in timeline and goals for the role. Enjoyed each Interview. People seemed interested and happy with their roles at the company, this assisted in my decision.
I interviewed with the recruiter only to find out that the salary range was not what I was expecting for a manager role. On their initial post, the range was very wide. A couple minutes into the call, I find out that it's on the lower range of the salary.
