Very easy process. First, take a 20-25 minute questionnaire online. Then, Interview with the store manager an possibility another member of management such as another shift supervisor. Interview is very basic and laid back. They will just ask a few basic questions about your experience with meeting goals and managing people. They will usually let you know on the spot or in less than a week if you are hired or not.

I was late, but the person who was supposed to interview me apparently never got that memo. I waited in the office for the manager to finish dealing with a customer. After receiving 5 minutes of constant berating, he managed to finish the transaction and get to the interview. He got 2 questions out before having to return to the customer. Easiest interview ever!
