The first interview was with the recruiter and the second one was with the store manager in your location. It was a good interview process and they made me feel very comfortable.

Very bad process, inteviewed by the DM who told me when I walked in "I dont meet people for the first interview" and it was all downhill from there. Basically all that was discussed was if I knew how to break down a shipment because the store manager does 75-80% of every truck. Literally nothing else.
