Person who interviewed me was not ready, they were late to the interview by almost 7-10 minutes. They looked like they had literally just rolled out of bed, their background was cluttered (we were on a zoom call) although the interview process was very easy. I was nervous for nothing. They kept saying “sorry, one moment I’m not ready” or “oops give me one minute” and then when I would go to answer the question they would cut me off and go “ok,great” lol not sure if I was talking too much or not but that gave me the “great you answered that correctly” type of vibe.
I’m saying “they” because I don’t want to single them out.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
