The interview process was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. Met with the director and 2 managers on the team. It was informative and professional. I do not have anything negative to state.

asked about current role, why looking to leave, where do you want to be in 5 years.
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
