So I applied for AM role and was told the role is on hold and that I will be contacted by the new HR rep as the present one was leaving whom was actually very nice to work with. So two weeks passed I followed up and still didn’t get a definitive answer if it’s on hold indefinitely as the other HR rep will reach out. As a candidate I think doing your due diligence as to reaching out every two weeks is not a bad thing. I got a call from the new HR rep at 8:30pm est to tell me that the role is no longer available and that I was reaching by out asking for an update a few times and that the assistant is just that and can’t help me. Her attitude was upset bc I reached out twice and the assistant forwarded her the email. Note, if the assistant forwarded you my email the first time you should have at least responded. I only had that assistant info as she was on the previous email so I wouldn’t know to contact the new rep which I was told since a month she will reach out. I find it so unprofessional to get a call at that time and then made it seem as if reaching out was a negative thing. My application still says under consideration so if it is no longer available I guess they should update it on their end? But the nerve. After waiting over two months and doing your due diligence in a timely manner. The job market is tough so it would be great if HR and those who need to communicate positive or negative news to candidates have some professionalism and understanding.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
