A half-hour video call, one-on-one that was conversational and relaxed. The interviewer began by introducing self, describing their role and responsibilities in the organization. Then they described the position to be filled, including why it was opening up and the characteristics of successful candidates in the past.

Tell me of a time when you resolved a situation where a team member was not delivering.
HR round, hiring manager round, case study, and then super day with different team members (Eng, DS, design, etc). Overall, it was mainly conversational which I appreciated, rather than technical. A lot of it was determining skill set and communication style between teams.
Contacted for an interview from Aetna, sent a screening document to fill out, met with the hiring manager for a virtual meeting, might be a second round with other team members.
it was pretty good and i really enjoyed the part where they asked questions and i answered questions and then we talked about stuff and the job and other jobs
