Interview with the local branch manager before they send you to Spokane, WA to meet with the upper management. The initial interview is pretty standard and they ask about your resume and work experience. It’s about an hour to talk with the branch manager/ HR/ regional manager. If they select you for the next round they will fly you over to Spokane, WA for an all-day interview with 5 different people including the president of the company and the HR manager. There's also a test to see how well you can type and use excel, but it's pretty basic and they are there to help you, not trick you. They will explain what they do and show you the manufacturing plant in Spokane which is pretty impressive. They will arrange accommodation and transportation for the whole process. Depending on the time of the day, there might also be a lunch interview with one of the interviewer.
