The interview process was not well organized. Candidates were asked to arrive at 11 AM, but the interviews only began around 5 PM, leading to a long and unproductive wait time. Additionally, during the technical round, several questions were unrelated to the role and focused more on non-technical topics such as physics formulas. This made the process feel misaligned with the expectations of a technical interview and somewhat inefficient overall.

Entrevista
The selection process consisted of multiple stages to evaluate the candidate’s technical knowledge and overall suitability for the role. It began with an Online Assessment, followed by a Technical Interview to assess problem-solving and technical skills. After that, candidates appeared for the Head of Department (HOD) Round, and the final stage was the CHRO Round to evaluate overall fit for the organization.
