Candidate will go through these process sequently Round #1: Resume scan, HR or team leader will scan candidates resume. At the end of this round, they will decide if the candidate is potential for the role. If the answer is yes, candidate can be moved to Round #2: Personal interview with leader, team leader will interview candidate in person mainly confirm the points in his/her resume. If candidate pass this round, he/she will be able to move to Round #3: Technical interview, at this round, team leader and other invited interviewers (mainly future colleagues) will interview candidate. Then, finallyRound #4: HR interview, at this round, common questions are behavioral questions and salary expectation.
