When I applied it took over 7 months to get a call back from HR to arrange an interview. The interview itself went great and the nurse manager was thorough in answering all of my questions and giving me a tour of the facility. The issue is it takes so long to even get a call back that most candidates would already have moved on.

The interview was done in a professional manner. Very friendly. Answered all my questions and was upfront about expectations of the unit. The interview lasted a little over an hour.
