It was very professional .The interview went very smooth and it was great opportunity .I was given a task and the hiring manager was very cordial and explained everything very clearly.

They will make you write a summary for a given paper. After sometime, they will come back asking for refinements and edits to your submission. Basically they are asking you to write someone else's task for free in the name of interview. They rejected my application when I denied rewriting. When I questioned why, they tried to reinstate my candidature for further processing. Sensing something fishy, I rescinded my candidature from the position.

The assessment process was straight forward however the interview was taken by an arrogant person who seemed to have decided on the fate of the interview before. He was asking me same question multiple times. When I asked about the growth prospects in this job, he called it silly question and said the company doesn't hire such people.
