The interviewers were polite, but only accepted textbook answers. They took 2 technical rounds, 2 Managerial rounds, and 1 HR round, and we proceed to the next round only when the previous round is cleared. I was catcalled as a person lacking seriousness for just smiling pleasantly occasionally during the interview, I was notified about the interview 1 hour before it was being scheduled and in one round they told me 2 minutes before. That was a lack of professionalism from their end. An interviewer kept answering phone calls keeping me waiting for up to 30 mins while I stared at the computer screen and he forgot what I was saying and I had to repeat myself multiple times. This was for an internship and after 5 rounds, they seemed to be very happy with my performance in all the interviews, and they just say one comment about me doing M.Sc and they've never hired an M.Sc graduate before, and end with somewhat a positive and a neutral comment. Finally I wasn't selected for the job, the company didn't have the courtesy to tell me so with an email or a call or text, after 5 rounds of interviews for an internship, even after I reached out to them multiple times. I had to assume so after constantly waiting for months. It felt like a complete waste of time, and like a mockery. I further tried to apply for various positions in the same company, my resume is downloaded but no action afterwards.
