I applied through Cadence website, no referral. one phone interview with the recruiter followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Got back from the recruiter the next day with the offer.

The interview is estimated to take 30 minutes, but we finished a little under that time. The interview starts with an introduction. They asked about why I wanted the job. There were also several questions later that I strongly think was used to determine which role they might find fitting for you, since the job posting said that there were several roles or responsibilities. Most of the interview was spent with technical questions like what you'd expect in a coding interview. They would ask about concepts and time / space complexities. They also asked about things that's written down in your resume, like concepts about skills or attributes pertaining to a description in your resume.
