Wow, I wish I had seen these reviews before interviewing with Cadence. I had the same experience everyone else has shared. The recruiter I spoke with was curt and seemed only interested in getting through her list of questions, not actually listening to my answers. She did not dig into responses I shared, just said ok and moved on to the next question. None of my interviews started on time and leadership seemed more interested in sharing a perfect picture of the organization, not sharing real challenges and needs.
