Interviewed for the Engineering Professional Programme. Application ran from January to May. Started with an online assessment and then a video interview with HR where the interviewer gave me a minute to prepare for a question and then 2 minutes to answer. A month later, I had an assessment centre in Coventry. Accommodation was provided and the AC included a group exercise, a presentation I prepared for throughout the day and 2 interviews, one technical and one motivational.
