Discriminator hiring screening assessment (prevue)
If shortlisted for a position, you're requested to do a prevue assessment. In that one section is a personality type assessment which asks some questions that felt they crossed a line and would be used against a person with a disability or in different seasons of their lives.

Entrevista
The interview is conducted by the management team and includes a review of the job fit assessment that is completed prior to the interview. The management team discusses the opportunity with you and reviews the job fit results from the assessment which is very cool. There is also lots of time for you to ask any questions that you may have about the position or working at the company.

Pretty straightforward questions on experience with Analytics tools and applying these tools for solutions. There is an emphasis on knowledge about SQL and other tools and experience associated with the position. We also reviewed the job fit assessment which gave me a real good idea if I was a fit for the position along with some personal feedback that was really informative.
recruiter was very communicative during the entire interview process. There was some scheduling issues and interviews were spread out. Overall it was pretty straight forward and the company culture seemed great.
