Entrevista
It was thorough and thoughtful. It gave me a good idea of the culture and dedication of the team. I had an initial phone screening, a shadow day, and an additional interview followed by references.

Entrevista
The interview process was completely different than anything I'd ever experienced in the workforce. The entire process took a little over 3 weeks from start to finish and included 5-6 separate steps (phone interview, KPA, Zoom call covering KPA results, shadowing, career visioning, etc). It was apparent that CRG wanted us to enter into a mutually beneficial partnership. If there was ever a time that I was forced to dig deep and look in the mirror - it was during this hiring process. Being on the other side of it, I'm beyond grateful for the experience and time the team invested in getting to know me.

Entrevista
The Interview process was intense, very thorough but amazing. There were several interview steps over 3 weeks. Including phone call screening, shadowing the team to get a feel for the team dynamic, interviews with team members, KPA assessment, motivation and life story interview, background check and references check.
The questions were very intense and on a deeper level - very reflective. They want to see if the candidate's and companie's core values are aligned. I totally loved this process!
