I applied online and was ghosted after the first HR pre-screening interview. After sending a follow up email, the interviewer called back and said they will have an update by the end of the week. However. weeks have passed by and no update and irony that this behavior is coming from an Executive Search Firm who commits to provide best customer service to their clients and candidates.
