I saw the role advertised and submitted a resume and cover letter online as per the instructions on the ad. The CHT followed up a few weeks later via email with an invitation for an interview to be scheduled the following month. I didn't have any phone contact with the office but the hiring manager did note in the email that I could contact them if I had any questions. I was also supplied a map to the interview location, which was thoughtful since the meeting room was not located at the CHT headquarters. The only disappointing part of the process was that the CEO did not participate in the interview panel.
