A quick phone check followed by an hour interview with two people. The reason for my negative opinion is the fact that I was ghosted after a face to face interview- they were supposed to get back to me within a week and ignored me. I understand when applications are ignored - after all, recruiters cannot get back to everyone. But ghosting someone you interviewed face to face? I find it quite disrespectful.

Quick phone screen followed up by a panel interview. Make sure you have a great resume because they select candidates 100% by this. You do not get interviewed by your potential boss, but get a panel interview by potential colleagues. This was a bit weird as I have never been interviewed by people that were going to be colleagues as well as have been interviewed by people who do not have experience in interviewing. Overall process was slow, they said they would get back to me within 5 days and let me know if I was selected to move forward. They didn't call me until 3 weeks later when they had completed the interview process and had already given an offer to someone else. When they called me back they gave me no reason, just told me someone else has been chosen. Overall unprofessional interview process, you will feel like you are being judged more personally than professionally or based on your skills.
